Cosmic Beauty
I had the pleasure of attending a local event in Minneapolis put on by my friends Ashley and Adam Elenbaas. Adam is also my astrology teacher. It was in observance of the fall Equinox. They do a free event at the change of each season. In a non-stop world it's feels like a luxury to put everything down, take a breath and witness life for a little bit in a room full of fellow travelers. These events are always open to everyone and I will make it a point to share the next one if you're interested!

Venus Retrograde in Scorpio & Libra
We are also in the shadow period just before a Venus Retrograde in Scorpio. This is her last retrograde in Scorpio for about a century. She will be making another couple of squares to Pluto during her journey into the underworld. This can mean power struggles in relationships or even inner dialogues. We seem to be able to see into the depths of things currently and have an opportunity to rewrite some of the more problematic stories we repeat to ourselves. Now is the time to shed the old and pull in what is most nourishing for the long winter ahead.
